We aim to encourage owners of small businesses who currently
are operating without the assistance of a business plan to embrace the
business plan concept in order to both understand and grow their business.
Tradespeople who are apprehensive about starting out on their
own will be encouraged to formulate a business plan in order to foresee what
must be done in order to achieve success, statistics showing that 70% of
small businesses fail within the first twelve months.
